Lena, a cheerful college student, firmly believes in happiness and the good in people. As part of a social project, the agency sends her to work as a writing coach for Hugo Drowak, who lost his happiness long ago and lives alone in a run-down high-rise. Despite his notorious meanness, Lena doesn’t give up on inspiring him to engage in the creative process. She is convinced that everyone deserves a second chance.
